Our Package Managers have the overall responsibility for the completion of the system packages assigned, and are considered the "Project Manager of the Package".
For larger and technically challenging equipment (packages), we work with our customers to support package procurement from review of engineering documents till commissioning. During this stage, HENECO acts as the overall point of contact for all technical, commercial, expediting and administrative issues relating to the package.
Our Package Managers work with Project Engineers to ensure all technical issues with the package are professionally resolved. HENECO takes ownership of the change control of each package, manages the interfaces between vendor and our customer.
On behalf of our client, we can receive, control and close Technical Queries, NCRs, Design Changes, and Vendor's change orders. Most importantly, we project manage the package to ensure that PO execution is in line with Project schedule.
